As previous posters have stated, and as you likely know, the depiction of genitals in Japanese pornography is basically forbidden. What the viewer gets to see is a hazy pixelated area (often a circle) that obscures the offending genitals, as well as anything that may be near them or touching them such as a mouth. Since you can't show a phallus, some Japanese pornographers long ago resorted to metaphor and spawned the genre of tentacle porn. Good luck trying to get these women to lick actual tentacles, or eels for that matter (although I suppose that may be next when the novelty of doorknobing wears off), but a shiny metal metal bar or knob? It looks like they are up for that and that a workable metaphor has been created.
