Slightly related:

Hey Hollywood/Michael Bay: Cash is in hand for an opening night ticket to a live action M.A.S.K. movie. Comeon, you did Smurfs and Yogi Bear, ffs.

I still have the Jeep/Jet-Ski thing around the house somewhere.

From what I can tell, the Mo-Larr was a Comic-Con exclusive. I'm sure they didn't have any trouble moving those.

After Willrow Hood survived Cloud City on Bespin his descendents eventually traveled the galaxy and eventually settled on Earth. Here's one of his descendents now.

I had Hondo's vehicles (the '57 Chevy / Tank and the Tow Truck / Assault thing) as well as the white RV with the red jet. I wanted Max Mayhem's "Switchblade" Helicoper/Jet so bad. Such an awesome concept and probably the most plausible of all the designs. Loved em. Actually bought the M.A.S.K DVD Set the article mentioned at Christmas, but I haven't watched it yet.

I definitely think a M.A.S.K movie could work. Or at least as a tv action show, a la Knight Rider or VIPER.

Oops, that was Miles Mayhem. Max was his twin brother that showed up later.

Willrow Hood was Lucas' sneaky back-door way to sue ice cream maker companies across the world for infringing on HIS copyrights.

I seriously want a Willrow Hood now. It's just too funny to let go.

Don't be so sure. It was also available from Mattel's website for quite a while and from what I heard, given away in most of the MOTU grab bags that they sold about a month ago.

Hondo had the Firecracker which was the somewhat lame orange pickup / elevated pickup with guns and the '57 Chevy called Hurricane. The tow truck came later and had a different driver.

Which reminds me- does anybody here know when the Star Wars reboot is going to come out? I was pissed as hell when I heard about Justing Bieber being cast in the Luke Skywalker role, but makes sense when you think about it. He's just about the right age for the part, and there's at least a passing resemblance.

Oh, I know. I just couldn't remember Hurricane and Firecracker's names at the time that I was typing. Still can't remember the RV's. I know it had a different driver :)

I a few other bits as well, like the gas station sign playset and some others. I know the scaling was off, but Mask frequently ended up in my GI Joe battles.

A few of my joes died in battle and I buried them. But not nearly as many as my brother still blames me for. We had over 200 joes but they just disappeared. He says I buried them, but it's more likely our parents just did away with them :(

To this day, I'd still sell my mother for a Flagg, hehe :)

Not sure if serious, but if so, I wouldn't expect a reboot until after George Lucas is long dead.

Okay, I'll give you credit. For about half a second, I was about to start to blow my stack on this. Then I remembered I was on Fark.

/Seriously, any sci-fi remake with Justin Bieber would be a sin against God/Allah/FSM/existence, and the producers, directors, and casting staff would all deserve to be thrown in front of the Hague for crimes against humanity.
//Know a guy in my local Rebel Legion base who's trying to source that ice cream maker so he can do this costume. And make delicious ice cream at cons.

Willrow's up on the top shelf of my bookcase right now. The ice cream maker/memory core has a Rebel insignia on the bottom of it.
