Well, it definitely has name recognition going for it.

Forget film, hell, forget cameras... how can you capitalize on the NAME?

I wouldn't call suing Apple a business plan.

Well, everybody (including Apple) is suing everybody over patents now - it's all the rage. It's probably necessary to be taken seriously as a media player these days, since they're all doing it.

I guess there are many people who make a living filing frivolous lawsuits. Why can't large companies do it? After all, corporations are people.

I don't think I'd say there are "many". I also question if the results really qualify as "making a living" in most cases. Unless you're referring to the ambulance chasers you find on the back of the phone book instead of regular Joes filing suits, in which case I withdraw my statement.

I don't quite understand why Kodak isn't busy selling more digital cameras. Right now, they seem to be concentrating on computer printers (at least on the consumer market).

Kodak's patent portfolio is considered one of the strongest in the consumer tech gadget industry.

I have been telling people for years that Kodak was going to be a good investment. Finally the people who recently listened are making a killing it. FU naysayers.
