Wasn't Bill Murray supposed to do a spot as the mayor? Next season maybe.

This show along with Community and Archer are currently my favorite comedies. Still trying to get into Louie. Will probably do a marathon session of it some weekend.

At this point Louie isn't really a comedy.

I had to Altavista Paul Rudd, he was in Knocked Up? Literally the best movie that Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl were ever in together.

Take a drink every time things start to look up, take a prescription painkiller when it becomes obvious that things are only going to get worse.
Probably shouldn't do more than one episode though. First 10 minutes if you have a weak liver.

His character should be named Joben.

Why does everyone in this town use Altavista? Is it 1997?

to be fair, it probably should have been spelled "litrally" in this instance.

Sigh. I was hoping Paul Rudd would carry "Our Idiot Brother." Terrible farking movie. One of those movies where the best bits are in the trailer. Hopefully he'll shine in Parks and Rec, should be fine since he won't have to carry it. He does better in an ensemble, imho.

Completely agree! It's a really great show, and is often funny, but it's not a comedy.

It's Rob Lowe's catchphrase on the show. Every time he talks about himself, he is "literally" whatever hyperbole he says. "This is
literally
the saddest moment of my life. No, this is. No, this is."
You know the old David Cross stand up bit about the dude who literally shat his pants? It's like that, except that, in context with the character, he actually could literally be doing whatever he says he's doing.
