WebMD could probably save on a lot of their costs if they just edited all those cumbersome diagnostic flowcharts down to the two most salient steps in their process, the first being that you identify your symptom (possibly using a drop-down menu) and the second being that it diagnoses you with brain cancer.

I work for WebMD.

We're fine for the long-term, I'm not worried. In fact, they're talking about increasing staff in my building by another 30-40 people. Just the other day I invested more of my own money. I figure by QE4 my company and personal stock should net me a good sized profit.

Maybe this is a sign that healthcare reform is working and more people can actually go to a real doctor rather than rely on self-diagnosis.
