I remember watching a game a couple years ago where Dustin Penner and Alexei Loafalev, erm, excuse me, Kovalev, were on the ice at the same time (on opposing teams), and the puck happened to drift into a space where it was literally laying in between the two. I swear there was about five full seconds of completely inactivity while those two just stared at the puck before someone else finally flew in there and did something with it.

It was one of the most amazing, overt acts of complete disinterest and utter disregard for the game I had seen, and I'm really surprised it's not on Youtube right now as try and search for it.
