Subby, if I stand on a corner and go WEEE-oooo-WEEEE-oooo for hours on end, you'd be annoyed at first but eventually, assuming you were forced to stand there, you'd block me out.

Which is when I switch to woooo-EEEE-wooo-EEEEE and get your attention all over again.

Actually, it was smart for Gingrich to nail Romney on Bain Capital and its ways.....they did cost a lot of people their jobs. It is the only way a Private Equity Group or Hedge Fund can make money off a business....they have to fire people. Romney has fired a lot of people

Problem with Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh, and other PhonyCon RINOs is that, while they are attacking Gingrich for this mode of attack on Romney.....Malkin, Limbaugh, et al, still support Free Trade with COMMUNIST CHINA. They squeal like Bolsheviks whenever "tariffs on Communist Chinese goods" is mentioned

Malkin and Limbaugh are just insufferable Communists

Close2TheEdge: Wait, I thought Obowtone ALREADY destroyed the country? Now he needs the additional four years to have sex with the dead carcass that was our once great nation.

I'm so confused.

No no, he's always on the VERGE of it. But every dollar you can give to a GOP backed scheme, either through buying a book, donating to a candidate, or something from one of their companies extends FREEDOM for a few minutes more. You just need to keep giving until he's out of office to insure the country doesn't run out of FREEDOM before he's forced out, because all he needs is a few seconds to completely destroy this great nation forever.

TV's Vinnie: Ayn Rand's Social Worker: Here's to the party completely imploding and being resurrected with Gary Johnson and Ron Paul at the helm. Then maybe I'd go back.

Ron Paul said that this is his last shot at the White House. Even he knows he's too old for this sh*t.

And just accept the fact that a libertarian has as much chance as an Aryan of becoming President (yeah, what's the diff?).

Ron Paul apparently walked out of a diner yesterday in NH after about 5 minutes. It was a planned event and a whole crapload of potential supporters showed up, and he just...left. Some lady ran after him in the parking lot and told him it was a big mistake, and then got interviewed by Boston public radio. She and all the people who showed up were PISSED.

Great campaign you are running there, Mr. Paul.

The GOP is going to be weak when it comes to Presidential candidates for a while to come but for the near-anonymous Congressional contests, they'll at least be able to win enough seats to make life a royal pain for the Democrats if not win a majority because enough dolts will blindly vote for generic GOP candidate regardless of reality.

Ron Paul is a joke. If he won the nomination, his campaign would be done as soon as someone got him to spout off in front of a camera about wanting to kill Social Security and Medicare. The only reason I can see why people like him is ignorance of all he stands for.

/RON PAUL 2012

Doing anything at all because it will piss someone else off is incredibly stupid unless you are actually facing them in battle (in which case, messing with them can be a tactic). Things are valuable or not on their own merits, not in how much they piss off people you don't like.

Nishu: Sometimes I like the way the rest of the interwebs talk about us.

I think it was pretty obvious that the media was ignoring Paul for a long time. At this point that generally doesn't happen, but a lot of the news outlets will still respond to us as though it is. (Media blackout? Lolz you silly gooses. He gets plenty of press.)

we did that, btw. Paul supporters were so frustrated about being marginalized that they mobilized against any outlet that didn't give Paul the time of day. It was months of this, passing on any news articles or video clips that seemed to leave him out. The Paul mob would demand attention and state their case en masse as though the future of the country depended on it. We posted comments, wrote emails, voted in polls and even made phone calls.

Now that Paul is actually getting media attention, we still have the organization and the intensity that we had when he was getting no press, but now that effort has shifted to constantly putting Paul in your face 24/7 and defending him when he gets attacked, so it doesn't surprise me that bloggers and news outlets feel like they take a disproportionate amount of shiat when they say something less than flattering. We kinda have a chip on our shoulder, though. In a way, I think the media brought it on themselves. It was their disinterest that created the mob to begin with.

I can't help but think that the other candidates are a little jealous over the support that Paul gets. His supporters are absolutely unmatched in their intensity and dedication to this man. It kind of chuckled when Newt didn't make the Virginia ballot, especially when I heard that he had paid someone to collect signatures. Ron Paul has such an amazingly dedicated set of boots on the ground that it's unlikely he'd ever face that kind of screw up.

This is from the comments section and it kind of freaked me out a little:

Exactly right. Come on everyone, let's settle on Mitt and get some REAL CONSERVATIVES IN CONGRESS to keep him in line! Or else bitterly cling to your delusions that one of the other Dwarves are more electable. *snort* Just don't whine when Obama finishes his destruction of the country and you WISH there was someone as milquetoast as Romney around.

They literally want Mitt to win because they know their goon squad in the House can make him strip down to his magic underwear and dance for their amusement. That is a scary farking thought. House Republicans aren't scared by 7% approval ratings, but Mitt would be a roast chicken if the Republican base turned on him. It wouldn't matter how moderate he wanted to be, the House would push him hard right and own the media in the off season.

/Bonus hilarious message from their comments section (Keep in mind, this is what people who follow Michelle farking Malkin think of Ron Paul):

My man, you don't get it. It doesn't matter how much you rip the other candidates, the moment you say anything bad about Ron Paul, the Paulbots go berserk, hysterical, nuts. Like you said they're childish and unAmerican. They don't want to hear anything bad about their lord and savior. As far as they're concerned, he walks on water, and his crap doesn't stink. You mention the term "cult leader". I'm so afraid you're right. They're so hateful of all other GOP candidates, they might as well be Assistant Democrats. If they don't get their heads straightened out, they'll give Obowtome the 4 years he needs to finally destroy the country.

Michelle Malkin? Wow there's a name I haven't heard in a while. What fresh derp is this?

fta: Mitt Romney's chronic flip-flopping political career is teeming with reasons to oppose his nomination - from his support for racial preferences, to government funding of abortion, liberal judges, global warming enviro-nitwittery, TARP, auto bailouts, the Obama stimulus, gun control, and of course, individual health insurance mandates that presaged Obamacare.
Instead of focusing on his long political record of expedience, incompetent non-Romneys have morphed into Michael Moore propagandists - throwing not just Bain Capital under the bus, but wealth creators of all kinds who take risks in the private marketplace.

So, to sum up, Malkin thinks Mitt sucks and the rest of the non-Romney's are a pageant of feckless, cartoonish asshats but on the plus side Bain Capital, Free Markets and 1%ers rock.

Is that what I just read there?

K, cos that was worth the click then.

You have a bag full of 95 idiots and 5 non-idiots. Pick 10 candidates from the bag. What is the percentage that one of the candidates is not an idiot?

And that's about what they've got. John Huntsman is about half an idiot.
