For those making fun of their completions, did it ever occur to you that these kids don't have any health care coverage or even enough money to buy some Clearasil?

You're gonna see more of this type of thing. As things stand now, the only future these kids have is as debt slaves, cannon fodder for yet another oil war or prison inmates. I agree, they need to stop with the child petty theft and start reading Alinsky's Rule for Radicals.

They were probably geeks, counting in base 4. 114is 510. I expect that counting in a different base would mystify the cops, possibly most of the criminal world, most likely these guys. And, of course, your mother.

It's a great way to stay under 29 forever though. I'm going on 21x this year. I love my new base.

Of course, they can't be counting the number of homes they burgled in base 4. They might be using base 6, though, in which case they burgled 156, or eleven homes, which might explain the Oceans 11 reference.
