This is a terrible story. This poor ladle girl...after all this trauma, they have to whisk her off to a foster home. This is going to strainer relationship with the rest of her family. I hope they can opener heart to the possibility that life will be okay again someday, and don't end up having to cleaver all alone with people she doesn't know. Spatula.

FTFA: Suspect is 25 (does not mention if he is the father) and "had a on/off relationship with the victim for the last 5 years". How does a 20 yr old have a relationship with a 13 yr old and not get arrested/the snot beat out of him?
