If you went to a doctor and asked them to remove or mutilate any other part of your body besides your genitals they would refer you to a psychiatrist . I really do not understand why your nether regions are treated any differently. Talk of sexual identity and other disorders just don't wash if you apply consistent standards to the entire body.
