I believe the KIa crossed the centerline.

Then a head-on collision between a vehicle that crossed the center line and one that is often driven faster than other traffic. Still not ironic.

Everything has a cause, but some things are still ironic. Ambulances are supposed to come and clean up the mess, not be the mess. It doesn't have to be ironic on every conceivable level.
