Well its obvious she can't really handle the fame and what comes with it, if it has caused her all these problems. If she really cared about getting healthy, she should probably quit and get a normal job.

And people typically don't get a reputation as a drama queen unless there's some truth to it. I don't disagree that Disney stars tend to develop problems, but that's not unique to Disney - there are many actors and musicians who have nothing to do with Disney but still develop drug and alcohol problems and eating disorders. And not all of these people assault others.
