A spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry, Ramin Mehmanparast, had positive words about the rescue when he spoke Saturday to the Arabic news network Al-Alam.

The irony is, I sort of side with the pirates here. Foreign fishermen keep coming into somolia and wrecking their sovereign fishing grounds because there is no somolia government to protect them. Some somolias are legit pirates for money but others are just trying to protect their livelihoods

I said it before and I'll say it again. The United States Navy is in the business of protecting international waters. This is thier job and they do it well. Go Navy!

It's about how practical working arrangements like Incidents At Sea (INCSEA) Agreements are crucial to preventing a bad relationship from becoming a full blown war.
