What The fark. The Cotton Bowl in farking Jerry World? No thanks.

/fark Jerry Jones

I did enjoy it when he suggested that Arkansas should join the Big12.,.. showing he had no clue what the hell he was talking about.

Also... how about that return.

2012-01-06 09:24:16 PM

some.old.lady.: Was told earlier that the place was packed. I believe it.

FFS, Jerry Jones went to Arkansas. If that place wasn't going to BE packed, he would've made sure it was with his own alma mater playing.

/don't care about the teams

usernameguy: Wasn't that third block to the back?

/The first two were with the back.

No. For one it looked like his hands were on the side of the guys shoulders. And secondly it looked like they were already engaged off camera and then came into the camera frame. If you are engaged with a guy blocking him in the front and he turns around you can continue the block even if it is in the back.

Ouch.

Gotta catch that, bud.

and the announcers were too oblivious to any penalty committed on that play, and to the shame itself.

I've seen a lot of trailer parks and lived in one for a few years, that's what the mailboxes always look like (at least Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia trailer parks.

there are trailer parks within 10 miles from manhattan were they use cardboard as furniture, but tip the pizza-delivery people very well, i was told!

The game isn't that far from either campus or the major cities in either state so it isn't a huge challenge to get there [unless the weather gets bad]. I do have to give the Cotton Bowl credit for setting up its conference affiliations well [and then picking teams from those conferences well] to ensure they are going to have a lot of people attend.

Besides, some Arkansas fans are already used to driving 3 hours to Little Rock for the stupid non-home home games there... getting to Dallas doesn't take much more effort.

I always did and, my pizza delivery smoking buddies told me the same. I think it's because they know a guy delivering pizza is poor like them.

Their defense is actually pretty good and improved as the season went on. However if their offense can't sustain a drive this defense is going to be worn out from being on the field for so long by the 3rd quarter, then this game will really get out of hand.

2012-01-06 09:49:47 PM
NFL needs to change their rule. I love when that play happens, should be able to snag two for that.

Defensive return of a pat is 2 points since that's the max the offense could get on that play with a successful 2-point conversion.
