The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

Very happy subby here. These first entries are awesome! Can't wait to see what everyone does. Once the contest is finished I am going to assemble all the entries in order with their lines attached and post the results somewhere. I would be most grateful if you would include the lines you used for inspiration when you post. Next time I will provide better instructions. In the meantime if you didn't post the lines just do so farther down in the thread and Ill figure it out.

Don't worry if you and somebody else post images for the same verse. I wants them all - I'll make it work. :)
