O'Reilly will push whatever candidate Ailes and Murdoch tell him to.

Fox News is naked agit-prop.

2012-01-06 05:41:31 PM
I can't believe it, either

2012-01-06 05:45:27 PM
Of course he will, for Obama anyway

2012-01-06 05:46:38 PM
Yeah, and Trump has a shot at winning the election as a third-party candidate.

Proclaiming that your show will have a major role? I don't think it works that way. You have to earn a role by being worth something.

I don't know anything at all about Bill OReilly, but I will say that his whole "you can't explain the tides, so, therefore God" was amazingly stupid.

I can't honestly explain why anyone would have credibility after making a statement like that.

Apparently, he has written fiction with an erotic turn including a falafel. So...there's that?

You think he had credibility before?

Bill O'Reilly insists that Bill O'Reilly is still relevant. We'll hear more from Mr. O'Reilly, including clips from last night's debate between him and Bill O'Reilly, right after this message from Bill O'Reilly.

If you attach dynamos to either end of his show, the spin would generate enough electricity for a third world country. But then Fox would cancel the show because brown people.

Because his viewers think that if they can't explain something, then it can't be explained. And since they don't remember that the moon makes the tides work, it must be God.

So, if not Bill, then who?

It's my understanding that Glenn Beck fell out of fashion sometime in the Fall.

Seems like Papa Bear has to step up to the plate.

A lot of them are old, you know. Since they made it this far, I assume they were smarter before they started going senile.

I see now that since Glenn Beck has left Fox News, Bill O'Reilly has firmly re-planted his ass in the Howard Beale Crazy Throne.

The Dems aren't that great of a party but they are a hell of a lot better than anything the Republicans offer. I wish the GOP would at least lose the combative attitude.

Actually, in a thread a few days ago, tenpounds was honest enough to agree with me that ""Fox News is systemically biased and twists the truth based upon their fantasy-laced worldview."

So what happened to his sexual harassment to a co-worker? Oh yeah Murdoch paid millions to shut it up.

And this guy is looked up to by those on the right?

Just like Limbaugh who goes on all men vacation to a place known for child prostitution with a bottle of Viagra.

He got an e-mail the other day from someone saying that during an interview he interrupted a GOP candidate too much, I think it was Santorum. Bills response was that they checked the tape and it was a 60/40 split in favor of Santorum and therefore quite appropriate. Umm Bill...that's a conversation, not an interview.

Seriously. Hannity is still going nuts about the Bill Ayers and Reverend Wright crap. That's the talk show equivalent of drunk dialing your first girlfriend from twenty years ago and asking her why she went to the prom with someone else.

Obama's association with Wright was not cool but the head of Santorum's church was a youth Nazi who covered up child rape.

I don't want people to forget that Mudoch had to give millions in hush money so that this Bill, the pinnacle of GOP purity could stay on the air and not have sexual harassment charges pressed against him.

When a Democrat does anything wrong it's labeled on them for life and they must quit there job, but not when Right winger does.

FTFY.

I'm not pleased that our president is into any kind of magical thinking, and I don't agree with Reverend Wright on most things, but we only have one big-time atheist politician, so one must choose one's battles.

What exactly did Wright do that you feel was so wrong? You think it's bad to point out that in America there is vast amounts of inequality and that is wrong?

Why is it Tea Partiers can biatch and complain about the US but when a black person does it's all of a sudden wrong?
