What I don't get is why they need to make the distinction.

I mean, nobody is saying any kind of sex (straight, gay, or otherwise) can't lead HIV and then AIDS. So, what advantage is it of them to skip over the HIV positive part and just say "Gay sex=AIDS, but, not HIV."

I mean, I get that they hate gays, so, saying they primarily cause AIDS gives them a boner... I just don't get the logic they want to use.
