Rams please. Fisher will get to work with Sam Bradford, have the 2nd pick overall this year, work for an owner who wants to spend money. Come on, Rams. Get this guy!!!

Yeah, because the one thing STL needs to try and turn around their team is a hot-headed douche-bag coach who complains about dirty players to the competition committee while instructing his own guys to chop block the opposing quarterback.

He's from USC, the douchebag factory. What else would you expect?

USC has had a shiatload of #1 overall NFL picks, championships, Heisman winners etc. In addition to producing douchebags, they produce winners.

Hire him.

While all true, the douchebags they produce are of the highest quality and not to be sniffed at, (or smoked)

I really wish Kubiak had been fired last year so Fisher could "come home to Houston". Kubiak has become too fond of the "David Carr: Checkdowns for Dummies" playbook. THROW THE BALL DOWN FIELD ALREADY!

/Cincinnati wins big tomorrow.

I'd think he'd go to South Beach, if the choice is either the Fish or the team that beat him in his one-and-only Super Bowl. Maybe that's just me.

I'm not sure if I get the Jeff Fisher love. He seems like a generally good guy, but he has just above a .500 record, and only reached the Super Bowl once in 16 years with Tennessee, and made it to the playoffs an additional five times. His teams have been generally competitive, but are more likely to be underachievers...

then he'll fit right in at Miami. Seriously, Miami is not that bad. Moore was much better than Henne could of ever been, just took too long for him to get use to the system they run.

On NFL Network they were going on and on about how he'll select the Rams because they have Bradford and that's a huge selling point. Huh? I don't really know if I were a coach of I'd want to be forced to ride the Bradford train for another year or two. What would be somewhat of a selling point would be aspects of their D. I'd really like to know the GM's plans for the #2 pick though.

The Rams don't have a GM, they're looking for one of those too. It's likely if Fisher is brought in he'll be the one making the selection. Second, Bradford is a franchise QB, and he has ability. He's not a Tom Brady, or Aaron Rogers, but he has potential. The Rams just need a healthy, playable line.

That's an odd ad hominem attack to defend Sam Bradford...

Is there anything that I can say that will make you change your mind? No. You have your opinion on the man and I have mine, what else is there to except attack each other?

/Besides you're a Jets fan, so you wouldn't know a quality QB if he shiat in your kitchen AND you didn't know the Rams were without a GM, so your football knowledge is obviously limited.

6 playoff appearances in 10 years (99,00,02,03,07,08) and an 8-8 season

3 out 5 seasons at 8-8 before the playoff run, 1 out 2 years 8-8 afterwards.

I was amazed that some people talked about Jeff Fisher coming to Indianapolis to coach, after he and his team were utter farksticks on every trip to town during his Tennessee tenure. Sooo not going to happen.

Is there a Jeff Fisher story that doesn't involve him or one of his players behaving badly? I remember him acting like he invented the onside kick for a while, but other than that, I'm stumped.

The Rams haven't been relevant since Mark Bulger got his first concussion. Aside from Steven Jackson's fantasy stats, nobody knows shiat about the Rams let alone their front office. I hate to break it to you but most people aren't tuning their HAM Radios into The talk radio stations of Misery. Also, the Bengals may only be decent a few times a decade and they don't have a GM but they've made the playoffs a few times and fleeced the Raiders in a trade. What's the Rams excuse?

Holy WTF? The rams fired their GM in the same sentence that they fired Spag. It's not about being relevant, I can agree they've sucked for the last several years. All I'm saying is know wtf you're talking about before you spout off.

/And who said anything about the Bengals?

Fisher had the good fortune to make it to the Superbowl in the team's second season in Nashville and that meant a lot. Plus, he was the only coach most of the Titans fans (meaning those who live in the team's area) had ever known. He played well with the media and always said the things that you want coaches to say, especially after a loss. His stubborn mishandling of the team's 2009 start didn't do him any favors.

He's the guy if you want mediocrity. Six winning seasons in sixteen years.
