I got the demo code for the game when Arkham City came out and their website wouldn't accept the promo to test it so I said fark it. Although I'm fairly certain that's a weapon in the game based on what little context we've been given.

Soooo, from the beta footage they showed... everyone is some wierd vigilante knockoff of Batman or the Joker? None of the other characters from the Batman mythos? That's kinda stupid. I'd totally dress-up as Scarecrow and terrorize all the tards dressing up as bats. Tot-tal-ly.
