BillCo: In other words, a complete and utter failure, just like Obama.

We really need a "TROLL" button next to the "SMART" and "FUNNY" ones. That way we can acknowledge a troll without having to actually quote it.

How are we supposed to know how his previous jobs plan worked out, since congress keeps blocking and delaying anything he tried to put forth.

His economic plans, hampered though they've been, have been largely successful. We're out of the recession and have had a decent trend of job growth for some time.

It'll be blocked by nihilistic shiatheads, or eventually passed in a horrifically watered-down form that still manages to help somewhat but is held up as evidence that Taxbongo's plans don't work?

Still, it's *one* more jobs plan than the Republicans have put forth thus far.

We had the Summer of Recovery which was when the House and the Senate where controlled by the Dems.

How did that work out?

His jobs plan is estimated to create 5 million jobs each month for the next 10 years.

Later revised down to 5 jobs each month for 10 months at a cost of $250K per $30K/year job.

/Keynesianism!

Lost Thought 00: Unless it involves a slew of tax cuts on corporate capital gains, it's a failure right out of the gate.

Even if it were, the GOP would still shut it down. Obama can't even pass a payroll tax cut extension without massive whining from "Taxed Enough Already" republicans who apparently want higher taxes on the middle class. His last jobs plan was almost all TAXCUTSTAXCUTSTAXCUTS. Still no movement.

1) Republicans in Congress fight it tooth and nail
2) Democrats in Congress stand around with their thumbs up their asses
3) The plan utterly fails
4) Republicans point to Obama and say, "See? He just doesn't know how to get things done. Vote for more Republicans."
5) Stupid Americans actually do what the Republicans tell them to do.

When Republicans obstruct EVERYTHING, his plan won't matter. But at least he has one.

So possibly good, but never able to be proven due to a Republican filibuster?

It will keep the damage the Republicans did to the economy from being as bad as it could be?
