As long as the doll is made in China, using slave labor, but marketed and priced like an American product I think Steve Jobs will be happy.

Step 1) Make a creepily accurate doll of a famous figure who recently died and is guaranteed to get all the attention of every stupid nerd on the planet.

Step 2) Start saying you got contacted by Apple over a likeness of a person that used to work for them and that they're going to stop you

Step 3) Jack the price up by 3x of your figurine because if anythings proven, nerds with money will spend it on ANYTHING

The article is misleading. Apple isn't going to "block" the new action figure, they're just going to put DRM on it and tether it to a single toybox.

I predict it'll cost twice as much as a G.I., will be most popular with women, gays and "people who don't really like playing with dolls" and you'll have to return it to the store if you want to change the frickin' turtleneck.
