In South Philadelphia, they were born and raised. On the cold streets is where they spent most of their days. Chilling out, spray painting, relaxing all cool, breaking some windows outside of the school. They were a couple of guys, and they were up to no good. They started causing trouble in their neighborhood. They made one little video, but they ain't scared, they said "You know what it is, this da CEO, of Wreck Locals, naw meen? I'm bout ta wreck shiat, naw meen?"

That has to be the worst audio and video of any vid I've watched in a long time.

It would be so awesome if that vid ended with someone walking up to them and shooting them both in the face.

I read that as "spray painting cats" the first time through and thought "well duh 4chan will get them for that".

Cars though? Boring.

What boring-ass vandals. At least spray paint something cool, like dinosaurs or Batman. They got caught because they were lame.

Also, according to these comments, the death penalty for petty vandalism is totally okay.

Per the comments section...

One of the idiot's name is Nahquise Murphy (a/k/a Kaheem Archie). His Facebook page is still up as is the FB page for "wreck locals." However, it seems this genius did take down his video on his wreck locals page where he & his buds are videotaping themselves smashing car windows & spray painting cars, walls, etc.
If you want to call him & congratulate him on his artistry, his number (per FB) is (215) 658-0359.

School budget cuts = fewer extra curricular programs for them to be involved in = more time for little dumbasses to be dumbasses.

Yup...more "youths" and "teens". I never would have guessed.

About 7 or 8 years ago, some kids threw a battery from a security light through my windshield, destroying it,of course. The nice person who witnessed this and came in to find out whose car had just gotten the treatment pointed out that they were on foot, and had a video camera, so they might not be too hard to spot. To their credit, the police in Phoenix responded very quickly and told me they were going to cruise through the neighborhood to see what was up. They were back in less than 10 minutes.

These geniuses lived in the house DIRECTLY behind the place I worked, and one of the future Nobel Laureates was sitting in his front freakin' yard, looking at the video of their little journey of vandalism. Jesus, the only way the cops could have had it any easier is if the kids had called them asking for help rewinding the damn video. The parents were pissed, and I was paid back for repairs within a week. I'd have to say that I was impressed by the response from the police and the detailed description, but how stupid WERE these kids anyway? AT least YouTube has the illusion of anonymity...

Drastic budget cuts huh? Are you sure you don't mean drastic administrator costs taking away from money in the classroom? You should really take a look at admin costs versus budget cost per pupil. You'll fund the problem with education there.

Im glad youtube wasent around when I was younger. I can only imagine the dumb shiat that I did that would have ended up there. I stil remember as a teen in my area there was a rash of vandalism in my area. New homes were getting trashed, a pool had a car driven into it. They caught the guys starting a fire in the woods and the had video taped EVERYTHING they had done that summer. A regular pack of rocket surgeons there.

As one with two degrees and three teaching credentials, I can affirm that the public education system's only explanation for its behavior is that it is actively trying to create uneducated graduates. They are much easier to control.

Could not agree more. I also have a degree in education, and have worked in the standardized testing industry. This country is completely farked, and the future is bleak.
