I am not one to immediately blame the victim...but, come on people! If an elective, cosmetic surgery cost $25K in a hospital by a licensed doctor, and this thing was charging $800 for the "same procedure"...you should be a bit suspicious on the quality of workmanship and experience level of the person performing said surgery. But, then again, I know how people are delusional and think they are getting a great deal. Also, I personally hold to the belief that transgendered folk are actually suffering from some kind of mental illness, in addition to self esteem issues and body dysmorphic disorder. This person preyed on them and I do feel sorry for its victims.

If someone offers you caulk in the ass, have them write it out to avoid confusion.
