Rick Perry has four votes!

2012-01-03 08:43:21 PM
WTF Indeed: Rick Perry has four votes!

That's 2 more than the departments of government he can name, and 1 more than he wants to shut down.

2012-01-03 08:44:59 PM
I can't decide which crappy coverage to watch ...

2012-01-03 08:45:26 PM
I'm surprised they hold the Republican caucuses in such socialist institutions like schools.

I can't wait for Newt to take down Romney as he goes down. New Hampshire and South Carolina will be fun.

It's such a turnaround, considering 2-3 months ago, he was only really on stage returning everyone to civility and reminding them that Obama was their target.

I can't believe Newt could be so 2 faced!

Anyone have an MSNBC feed?

The old men on the FNC feed are making me want to eat my own eyeballs.

2012-01-03 08:59:26 PM
Too close to call, with Romney/Paul/Santorum hovering all around 22%

Glad to see we've got something official now. I feel like that Huckabee thread was getting more comments than it deserved!

Why the hell is Cain's name still on that? Write-ins?

BTW, it looks like Santorum is rising to the top like so much froth and foam.

Exit poll looks good for RU PAUL

2012-01-03 09:01:18 PM
All things considered, this is far more fascinating than normal election night coverage.

HUCKABEE IS STILL RELEVANT!

He's Jesus with a McDonald's gift card and a charming delivery for his hate.

Just watched a caucus in Urbandale, IA on C-SPAN. It's an interesting model for voting - much better IMO than simple primary voting.

2012-01-03 09:01:49 PM
The GOP primary had never been fun before this. It was always scary.

Yeah, it's a write in ballot. Whole thing. Watching it on cspan right now and they're just writing their choices.

2012-01-03 09:02:18 PM
Astonishing just how far the Party of Lincoln has fallen when a gay hating piece of shiat like Santorum (who lost his own Senate race in 2006 by double digits) is leading the GOP field.

2012-01-03 09:02:29 PM
Bachmann projected to finish last.

2012-01-03 09:02:58 PM
This is by some number Democrat cross over night, we just don't know how large that number is. Paul will be the beneficiary of such shenanigans, but with open voting allowed it works.

More like Dem-o-craps amirite?

2012-01-03 09:03:01 PM
Who does James T. Kirk endorse?

2012-01-03 09:03:13 PM

Huntsman currently has 53 votes to Bachmann's 588. She will not finish last.

The only way america wins tonight is if meteors strike each candidate.

I hate her.

Haha, Gary Johnson dropped out of the libertarian party race and endorsed soon to be Libertarian candidate RON PAUL.

Hum a corn dog! Hum a corn dog!

//MSNBC saying she is about to drop out

Gary Johnson endorses Paul. I'd just like to say, as a liberal, any of you who thought there were few or no similarities between those two (or that Johnson would NEVER do that): Nanny nanny poo poo.

Nuff Said McFarky: Why the hell is Cain's name still on that? Write-ins?

Not only is it write-in, but Cain never dropped out. He only "suspended" his campaign so he can still collect and spend contributions. The whole thing was a money making scheme.

Chris Matthews just asked (re: Bachmann) "Do you think she's going to endorse Santorum?"

Do it, crazy-eyes!

2012-01-03 09:05:18 PM
MSNBC (not verbatim): Word is Michelle Bachmann is about to be told by her inner circle to call it quits . .

Well, won't come as much of a surprise if she hears it first on TV.

Man, this race would have been so much more fun had he still been involved.
