Okay, I have held off in pointing this out. But the "say anything" mentality of the Right is totally out of control and I have to say this.

Under Bush, a huge rhetorical club of the Right was the accusation of "partisan bias". To object or question anything the Right did was a failing. That is how it was played and much was done on that basis.
