Worked as a field merchandiser in DC, found about 6 used syringes in a grocery store's potato chip section.

I didn't really need another reason to not buy clothes at Walmart, but I'll take the additional reason.

Either way, no thanks. How about a "Free syringe with meal purchase" promotion? I was in a restaurant with some friends over the holidays and when the couple next to us got up and left, I saw a syringe on the seat of the booth they had just vacated. I told the waitress and she got some gloves and disposed of it, but can you imagine sitting on that unexpectedly? Even if it was a diabetic's empty syringe, it would still ruin your day.

Considering that they probably had to reinforce the floor of that store due to many of the clients that go there, they are probably from all of the diabetics. There are some big women who go to that store.

It is one of those 'interesting' Wal Marts that you go to look for 'People of Wal Mart' candidates.

YAY! my town made fark!

this whole thing has everyone scared of clothes there. people who are buying anyway are real cautious and they had employees try to go over everything. rumors are saying its a former employee with a grudge. they've had over a dozen needles found from there so far including a woman who found one in a bra. its only isolated to the clothing section.

As if I needed another reason not to go there. I don't like having to get dressed up anyway.

Meh, the land is pretty flat at that WalMart, so the slab foundation is probably holding up. Give it a few more winters tho, and the 'other' customers will be tripping on the cracks and suing...

Still not sure why people are just throwing away their needles like that when you can go to Kroger® and trade them in for new ones...
