Like a guy who may be responsible for murders at a party earlier in the day has any qualms about bringing firearms into the park anyway? Reading comprehension FAIL.

The weapon on the right is not a Kalashnikov or at least not of any variety I'm familiar with. The gauge width seems to indicate a shotgun which by no means suggests it doesn't have full-auto capability. There are large gauge rifle barrels, made so for noise suppression, accuracy, recoil suppression, etc. These are generally high end rifles though and that thing looks cheaper than dirt. Glad the guy looks like an idiot. I could survive and traverse a national park while evading capture with relative ease. If he can then it's not their problem, it's everybody's. Anybody remember Oklahoma?
