Depends what they test for. They should take a look at what happened with the snowboarders.

RTFA. They're testing to weed out the clean surfers. If you don't have drugs in you, you're out.

Look, steroids, EPO, things that definitely might give an unfair competitive advantage, OK. You've gotta be testing for those if you want anyone to consider what you are doing a sport. Otherwise, it's just a big pile of worthless shiat like pro wrestling. Recreational drugs, they should leave alone, though. If you ruin your career, or suffer a fatal OD, that's nobody's business but your own. What are they going to do next, tell you you can't knock up 6 or 7 gold-digging hoes and still compete?

Serious question:

What about amphetamines? Surfers are very prone to use methamphetamine because of the way it makes them feel in the water.

Any professional surfer who tests negative for marijuana will be given 24 hours to bake himself or else face a one-year suspension.

Amphetamines do fark-all as a PED, unless there's a professional insomnia league. You may think you're playing better, but the odds are that you're actually farking up and not noticing because you're in an altered state of consciousness and your judgement is shot. That's what NFL players discovered, anyway.

Cigarettes are the least of problems on a disc golf course.

Whatever. I'm probably the one being trolled here, but pro wrestling is the official "sport" of functionally illiterate illiterate trailer-trash retards. I can't write anything which will adequately express the depth of my contempt. If you want to see people leaping into each other's arms, ballet dancers are better at it.

So they shouldn't test for it, because it's being used recreationally?

i know that and you know that, and that's why my comment wasn't completely offtopic, but that's the image the pdga is trying so desperately to get rid of, which is trying to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse.

Whether speed is being used recreationally or not, it's irrelevant, because it isn't giving users an unfair advantage. In fact, it may very well do the opposite. If you wanna fark yourself up, that's your business, not mine. If you're going to take cash out of my pocket with an unethical tactic, though, it's a problem.
