(YouTube) Scary Video of some guy's office during this morning's earthquake in Japan. I'm sorry, but if there's flying office equipment going on, I'd be hiding under my desk instead of videotaping. (Not safe for work language)   (youtube.com) divider line 25

Wow. That...guy was a major slob.

That's not what I expected the Double Rainbow guy's office to look like.

Holy shiat! that's fu*ked up!

At this point if I was Japanese, I'd have to seriously consider leaving my island homeland forever.

Looks like the printer fell right on top of his tentacle porn collection. Poor guy.

Beat me to it, but that was my thought also.

And yeah, he's a slob. No wonder he had stuff falling all over the place.

Either the guy was still trashed from the night before or English wasn't his native language. Which makes me think that he wasn't truly concerned, or else he'd be swearing in Japanese.

Looks like the earthquake actually helped him organize a bit better.

Why would you have a lot of unsecured junk and un-anchored furniture and cabinets in Japan especially after what happened last year?

He sounds like he's from Hawai'i -- you can hear he talk da kine.

Hah! First earthquake I felt when I moved to L.A. years ago rolled in from the East. I was in the shower and some books fell off a shelf in my living room when it started and I freaked out thinking someone was in the apartment uninvited. Then the shower stall started shaking and I was relieved I wasn't going to have to confront an intruder completely nude.

/not my most surreal or creepy experience in LA

Subby, you can say the same thing about other natural disaster zones - hurricane regions, tornado regions, blizzard regions or Newark.
People will still... live in those places... with their reasons.

On his tombstone:

Here lies Johnny Woo, killed by his own sloppiness.

Oh look it's the snarky people who don't understand that the term video taping is still used for digital cameras. I wonder if they throw a fit when someone tells them to roll down their window?
