I am noticing a trend in the LiveLeak ads. 8 ads, and 7 of them have T&A. Go back and look at the page and hit refresh a couple times if you don't believe me. Methinks they are paid by the click.

As for the kid I doubt he's actually stoned. No way he could have kept a straight face through that if he was.
