Age isn't the problem IMO, the teacher/student dynamic is. Same thing as Boss / underling / sexual harassment.

16 should be the age of consent. Plenty of 16 year olds are banging each other anyways, even with the religious herp derp trying to scare them.

In other words, she was in a position of authority. IMO, it would have been no big deal however her position of authority changes the rules.

Nah, it's not the same thing as sexual harassment. In sexharass, it's one-sided and unwanted/unwelcome by one party.

I didn't say what *I* thought anyone should be doing at a certain age -- I was just saying a double standard in American men's mentality likely exists. And by the look of EggFool's comments, I was correct.

I'm busy enough worrying about my own love life. What a 16-year-old and his teacher are doing is someone else's problem.
