The problem is the goatee has been making a comeback. We are left with the stark realization that we cannot be sure if the incarcerated twin was the evil twin, or the good twin trying to prevent more evil. Perhaps we should ask him what would his twin have said if we asked the twin whether or not the first twin was the evil one. Then with a little logic we might have a legit case against him, or for him.
