How much will he have made Angels by that time?

Farkers, this thread, based on Brewster's Millions, is one great reason you should be on TFD. Occassionally, we can have very smart and interesting conversations, such as the age-old topic of how to spend millions in a month.

I just won six months of TF for winning the Fark UFIA Conference (fantasy football). I'll be there soonish.

He is suspected to be 35 now... noone really knows.

His numbers should improve in the AL, where he can DH some. He is on a 5 yr decline though..

It would still turn out better than whatever sucker takes Boras' demands for Fielder. Unless you're into a fat guy who's 5'8 at first.

Hated to see him sign elsewhere but I'm glad the Cardinals aren't handcuffed with a ten year deal. Also glad he went to AL instead of NL. At least the Angels will be able to DH him in 4 years when his elbow finally gives out.

Until MLB gets a salary cap and revenue sharing it will remain the exclusive purvue of Massholes and NYC Douchetards.

Meh, no one knew the damn rules. It was a good idea for a thread, though.

Now, if he's part of 2-3 world series championships, I'd say its worth it.

I'd say if the Los Angelos media turns on him and he melts down it will be worth for the entertainment value alone, but then I'm not really a baseball fan, and currently stuck in St. Lou, so this who Poopholes thing amuses me.

Ohh you're one of those people that still think the Yankees are relevant, they've shown pretty clearly that having a massive payroll guarantees nothing.

Horrible contract. 6 years, 160 million is the most anyone should have given him.
