I'm sure that's probably one of the least ridiculous things that loon believes...

Remember, this woman is polling between 6-11 percent of likely GOP voters in Iowa.

That's why the internet must be destroyed. Back in the day you'd have someone thinking "Boy, I can only achieve a full erection if a Bill Cullen episode of 'The Joker's Wild' is playing and I'm strapped to a Radio Flyer wagon and sodomized by a meth-addled Great Dane while a troop of Cub Scouts sprays Pam Baking Spray into my ears and the whole thing is being captured by a pastel artist who used to do landscaping for Ronnie Milsap. I'm really a sick person and I need to hide."

Now, that person can simply search for those terms and find 100,000,000 hits -- we've given the loons a sense of community. Loons who look at Michele Bachmann and think "Oh, yeah. We need *that* yammering into the microphone during a time of crisis."

Reality is in the back-pocket of the Democratic Party. So don't trust it.

2011-12-29 11:53:21 AM
how can anyone support someone so ignorant or delusional? seriously, who would vote for this wingnut?

/as we all know, facts have a liberal bias. that's why you should only trust opinions and feelings.

Can we please have a "Bat-shiat-Crazy" tag.

Damn facts! Always getting in the way of the GOP's message.

It's not Fox.

I love the presumption that Obama and the White House are interested enough in Bachmann's campaign to actively try and thwart it. The woman barely ranks as a gadfly at this point.

Dinki: ginandbacon: Wait, what's her kooky beef with NBC?

True. It's the NATIONAL Broadcasting Company. And, that's NATIONAL as in SOCIALISMIST!!!1!

Other than that, I have no idea what these mouth breathers are trying to be thinking about.

2011-12-29 12:05:00 PM
The caller said: "Michele Bachmann is up against not only the other candidates, but up against President Obama, who has Facebook, Twitter, Google, and YouTube in its back pocket. I believe that helped him win the last election. No president should have the monopoly of those companies in their back pocket."

To which Bachmann responded: "I absolutely agree, Jonathan. We have seen, whether it is the head of Facebook or Google, it is clear there is an alliance with the obama administration, as well as with NBC."

"Corporations are people too, my friend."

Ha! But why NBC and not MSNBC? Was it just a slip? She doesn't do that a lot that I've seen. She's actually a pretty articulate raving lunatic.

I think the most idiotic thing about the statement isn't the dumbf*ck conspiracy.

It's that it shows that she and this other fellow have no idea how those companies operate. Aside from Google, they are entirely use driven. So it's not the corporations being pro-Obama or whatever. It's the users.

Michele discovered this bias when she tried to Google "Constitution" and after "Co" the dialog box automatically filled in "Completely shaved well-muscled succulent men with dongs like bell clappers naked as jaybirds" and Marcus ASSURED her he wasn't using her computer while she was on the shiatter.

Yes, of course. Mark Zuckerberg (and the people he ripped off) developed Facebook in 2004 for the express purpose of helping then-Senator Obama (who was a virtual unknown in national politics).

Twitter is in Obama's pocket, as well, as evidenced by the current trending topics:
#Laptopoutofjuice
#BiebersNannyWouldSay
#DigaUnaMentira
#HowtoEnd2012
Michael Redd
Amancio Ortega
Does Neil
Superman Returns
NYE
Happy New Year

It all makes sense, now.

9/10. 1 point withheld for neglecting to mention Dicker & Dicker of Beverly Hills. Otherwise, a near-flawless performance. Amana RadarRange would also have been an acceptable substitute.

The irony is that the more exposure republicans get, the more people know how farking crazy and uninformed they are. I say give em 24/7 coverage.

Well aren't new things like teh internet, social media, and that darn rock music naturally what conservatives want to keep away from people? Why is a conservative surprised by this? They have their old timey AM radio and that is enough technology for them.

Or as Marcus Bachmann calls it: "Saturday night."

However, judging by the comments in an average news story there, Yahoo is firmly in Mrs. Bachmann's camp

Social media sites attract younger people.
Younger people tend to vote for Democrats.

This isn't rocket surgery, you bint.

Dear Minnesota - WTF?

Seriously, you seem like good normal folks. Why did you see fit to unleash such a retard on the rest of the country? Are you guys mad at us? Speaking as a straight guy (proud ally, however), how much of the 6th district do I have to blow before you morons get rid of that walking taint-infection?

Oh, this meltdown is really fun to watch.

Does she even realize that "social media"- Facebook, Twitter, and so on- is mostly real, actual human beings posting what they think?

2011-12-29 03:37:45 PM
Without her, what would Fark have in the politics tab? Actual news? I THINK NOT!

2011-12-29 03:37:49 PM
She has to do this to discredit Google. Because every time she spits out a crazy lie people are able to look it up on Google and prove that it is a lie in 5 minutes. By claiming all of these conspiracy against her she hopes that people will stop Googling her lies because they will believe that Google is part of the conspiracy against her.

But on a real note, there are a lot, and I mean a lot, of GOP supporters out there that believe Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and a few other tech companies are some big Soros funded socialist scheme to take over the information in the US.
