Sounds like my one side of the family that would blow any money given to them for a funeral on drugs , booze and smokes then ask for more.

If they are trying to reserect a deal limiting nuclear research in exchange for investment money, I have to think that maybe some of the military people who took over have a more realistic and less nationalistic view of their capabilities vs the rest of the world's capabilities. Hoping that now that Kim Jong Il is out of the way, they might start to play nice.
