I can't say I disagree with Kasey's observation. I did notice that in the Eaton Centre in Montreal (I think), there was a lounge for women to nurse. I'm not offended by the view of a breast, but it seems that if I had an organ that doubled as an erotic viewing object and a baby's feed bag, I'd probably appreciate some privacy when doing so, for the same reason that I'd rather use a stall than a urinal.

But what bugs me more is this constant need for people in the public eye not to have an opinion. Hell, Twitter was supposed to be great because we could see the social, unfiltered, "human" side of celebrities and sports figures. But FSM forbid they express something they saw or an opinion that might be contrary to vanilla. Would Kasey have felt the need to recant if anyone didn't call him out for it?

Think of that text Matt Kenseth sent earlier this year: "[Matt's wife] is feeling better, and I learned something new today, how to put a bra ON!" No one called him out for that comment, right? Clearly it was offensive to someone, right?

OK, so that was phrased poorly...wanted to get the post out before lunch got cold. I assume a good number of women prefer not to think of their breasts in an erotic sense. But as long as there are men out there who enjoy the sight of a naked breast, then there should probably be some discretion used when exposing it to feed an infant. Or at least a lack of surprise when the occasional boob man gawks at the resulting free show.
