I saw these down in Ecuador. They have the Simpsons, Spongebob, all kinds of American pop culture. Then they incinerate them.

Yeah, Ecuador is pretty awesome that way. Also worth noting is the week-long water balloon fights that happen over Carnival. NO ONE IS SAFE.

NO ONE IS SAFE - is a good description of Ecuador in general. Tourists are pretty much guaranteed to to mugged and robbed within the first couple of days no matter what.
