I thought they shortened the name of that show to "WTF Bachmann?"

She's the chairman of the tea party caucus in the House.

Think about that. She is the face of the tea party in the US government.

2011-12-28 11:45:29 AM
Is this before or after he breaks into your house to steal your guns?

2011-12-28 11:46:01 AM
Eight year olds, dude.

2011-12-28 11:48:13 AM
I Said: Is this before or after he breaks into your house to steal your guns?

That's the beauty of it. It's happening at the same time.

Think about it.

He's going around and impregnating your daughters and stealing your guns to force them to have abortions at gunpoint.

Seems to me 8 year old girls would be the ones that really needed it, although there are some other questions that should be dealt with. Like, how did an 8 year old get pregnant in the first place?

Bachmann/Trump 2012 Lets go Full Retard

2011-12-28 11:55:46 AM
Jesus, why are 8 year old girls menstruating already?

2011-12-28 11:56:52 AM
The stink of this woman's desperation is just getting a little too thick.

Thank you for this wonderful gift, MN 6th. Can you stupid people go choke on your own puke or something?

The morning after pill isn't an abortion pill. If an egg has been fertilized by the time you get the pill, you still get pregnant. It doesn't impair implantation any more than anti-inflammatory medications do. That's why it isn't 100% effective, and the efficacy goes way down the longer you wait to take it.

Why can't anyone in politics seem to understand how this works?

Because that doesn't make for good political wedge issues.

What's wrong with that? You don't want them biatches gettin' pregnent, do ya?

FTA: [Each candidate was asked] what shape Personhood legislation would take if the candidate were to become president, and what they would do in the event that the Supreme Court ruled Personhood legislation unconstitutional.

Rick Santorum - The legislation would say that life starts the moment the woman is fertile, and each egg she produces MUST be inseminated by the man she is forced to marry. If the Courts ruled it unconstitutional, I'd order the court to be stoned to death.

Rick Perry - The bill would certainly address this issue and if the courts overturned it I'd have a massive day of prayer against them.

Michelle Bachmann - The bill would force every new birth certificate to by signed by me personally, so that I know each baby is a natural citizen. As to the courts, I'm not really sure which branch of government that is, so I'll get back to you.

Newt Gingrinch - I don't know. Whatever. I'll arrest the judges or something.

YOUR 2012 pro-life candidate class!

oldernell: how did an 8 year old get pregnant in the first place?

the boy inserts his penis into her vagina? Like it or not, as long as you can get birth control stuff from the school nurse without your parents approval, you are free to have sex no matter how young you are.

and we know that Obama hasn't met a pro-abortion law he has ever disagreed with - including the one that let babies born alive after an abortion suffer and starve to death (new window)

You actually don't know the biological process females need to go through in order to become pregnant and the ages at which that process tends to kick in, do you?

Spoiler Alert: Puberty, the thing that turns on the "ability to procreate" in humans, doesn't usually start until after 10 or 11 years old.

2011-12-28 12:32:11 PM
Saying kids have sex because they have access to birth control is like saying seat belts are the leading cause of car crashes.
No, of course kids shouldn't be having sex but the reality is that some do. We can either pretend they don't or we can try to protect them from unwanted pregnancy and disease.
The ironic part is that the people trying to deny minors access to birth control are the same ones who are rabidly against abortion.

Really? I have been reading where puberty has been hitting girls younger because of the tainted beef they get from McDonalds which stimulates early puberty.

Who you gonna believe? Common sense? Junk Science? Or lawyers pursuing McDonalds for giving 6 year old boys manboobs and girls periods.

With sex-education like this little slab of brilliance, is it any wonder why we are having this conversation?

Seriously, Dude. Read a farking book before you hurt someone.

In a sane world Michele Bachmann would be laughed off the Potato Salad Task Force of the PTA's Spring Picnic Fundraiser Committee, not considered by 11 percent of the Iowa GOP electorate to be worthy of being handed the launch codes.

Bachmann makes one long for the quiet statesmanship of Sarah Palin begging for donations to "keep the Lamestream LSM Media from peepin' in mah britches!"

Bullshiat...
Free to have sex? LOL. Maybe in the Appalacians. Causation, correlation something or other.

And from your irrelavent linked article, more Bullshiat:
"Illinois already had a law on its books from 1975 that said if a doctor suspected an abortion was scheduled for a viable fetus - meaning able to survive outside of the mother's body - then the child must receive medical care if it survives the abortion. The new laws didn't distinguish between viable and nonviable, meaning that an infant of any age that survived an abortion should receive care."

I like dried zygotes sprinkled on my cupcakes.

Anti-Choice zealots will try to propose any law that they can to promote the validity of thier Bible. Which it is not .

except that Obama voted against it when he was senator (obviously not 1975). But don't get mad at me because democrats and Obama want your baby girls to be preggars at 8.

You would think, however, that if a baby survived an abortion and was born, it would be afforded health care. Otherwise, we need to apologize to every girl thrown in prison for snuffing a baby within 45 minutes of birth.

Wait...are you advocating socialized medicine for babies? Shouldn't the babies pull themselves up by their bootie-straps?

I'm sick of Republicans who can't shut up about these stupid social issues that no one cares about when we have actual problems that need dealing with.

The law already exisited tool. The zealots wanted the law to contain the wording to include non-viable fetuses so that the doctor and/or mother could be tried for murder.

I am not mad at you, I'm mad at our educational system for not teaching critical thinking skills, reading comprehension, or an understanding of how our democracy works. Of which you are an example.

Yep. One article succinctly making the case for why I will never vote for a Republican candidate ever again. Not for goddamn dog catcher, I won't.

When the RNC publicly disavows the Right To Life movement and visibly distances itself from the fundamentalists, I will reconsider. But since that ain't happening in my lifetime, this crowd has made voting a ton easier for me.

Do these abortion pills make the 8 year old retarded? Or the baby? Or both. This is important.

You're the one that wants to deny birth control so kids DON'T get pregnant.

What's the easiest way to cut down the number of abortions? Make birth control as widely available as possible. Fewer people pregnant means fewer abortions.

2011-12-28 01:34:57 PM
The Supreme Court can't arbitrarily tell us what the law of the land is." The other two branches of government should "reclaim that authority to make law," she added.

As laughable as this 'personhood' movement is, that is one farking scary quote.

Do any of these candidates actually understand the Constitution and how our government is structured and functions?

Which is why I'm convinced that the anti-abortion crowd aren't actually against abortions, at all. If they were, they would be behind the morning after pill, which is simply a triple dose of standard birth control pills. Instead, they rally against it, too, calling it an abortion pill.

I think that they're just against people having sex without consequences.

It makes sense in that traditionally, Americans have held pregnant eight year olds in very high esteem. She's really exposing Obama as being very anti-pregnant eight year old, and that's going to hurt him.

Better would of been:

You're assuming she actually has a vagina! (hey that would explain a lot!)

So Bachmann thinks that 8 year old girls should have to carry a baby they legally couldn't consent to become pregnant with? Now that's some sick shiat right there. I can't believe she's actually a woman, or human.
