How could anyone tell it's him? Even freezing it on the closeups of "Bale" doesn't help.

First time I saw him was in Empire of the Sun. He stole that movie away from even John Malkovich, and he was what, 10?

Truly. Amazing actor as a child. I still admire his work in Branagh's Henry V.

One thing's for sure, if we don't sell flakes, then nobody sells flakes. Nobody comes through those gates until they put the price back to where it was.

You mean like a strike?

Yeah, like a strike!

Are you out of your mind?

It's a good idea!

Jack, I was only joking. We can't go on strike, we don't have any milk.

But, if we go on strike, then we get some milk, right?

No! We're just a bunch of angry kids with no cereal.

OK, after Googling "check out my doubles" for a few minutes and still not understanding what it means or what it has to do with American Psycho, I'm forced to conclude that either A) I'm retarded, or B) that's the stupidest meme I've ever heard.

LMAO...never thought I would see a newsies reference anywhere, much less on Fark. I LOVE newsies!

That was pathetic. All involved should be ashamed. IHC, subby, and whoever greenlit this POS.

This would be the correct answer in a sane world. Unfortunately, we live in a world far, far, from sane.

/a pic of Bale in American Psycho pointing up and to the right was used on /b/ excessively as a companion to "check my dubs" posts

Pac-man cereal was one of my absolute favorites as a kid and I ate HUGE bowlfuls.
Watching that commercial I could taste that cereal again and it literally made my mouth pucker from how sweet I remember it being.

I think I'd puke now if I had a spoonful.

/yes, I was a fat child, why do you ask?

vermicious k'nid: I think I'd puke now if I had a spoonful.

It was a cereal based on the taste of a yellow guy who runs around a dark room eating pills. It should taste like sweat and ecstasy.

Though I think this one has the potential to be turned around in hilarious ways.

Do you like Christian Bale?
I've been a big Bale fan ever since the release of Newsies. Before that, I really didn't understand any of his work. Too artsy, too intellectual.
It was on Newsies where Christian Bales' presence became more apparent. I think Empire of the Sun was his undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of his preceding three movies.
Christy, take off your robe. Watch to the brilliant ensemble playing of Malkovich, Pantoliano and Havers. You can practically see every nuance of every scene.
Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of visual craftsmanship, the sheer screenwriting, this movie hits a new peak of professionalism.
Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the scene in the meal line. In this scene, Bale addresses the problems of abusive political authority. "Hey kid, do you want a Hershey bar" is the most moving scene about chocolate of the 1980s, about monogamy and chocolate. The scene is extremely uplifting. That scene is as positive and affirmative as anything I've seen in film.
Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Christian Bales' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially films like Equilibrium and Reign of Fire.
Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Christian Bale works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is The Dark Knight, a great, great flick, and a personal favorite.

Pac man is part of a gay game agenda. It features a head trying to gobble up as many balls as it can as fast as it can till death, and if the head gobbles a big ball it get's to chase a large bananna!!!

The only problem is in between breaks Bale kept asking the other kids if they liked Huey Lewis and the News.
