Writer missed one of the most ridiculous holiday drinks, the Tom and Jerry. Decided to make some a couple days ago for the first time and was pretty happy with the outcome. However, it is probably a better use of your time to just drink the brandy and/or whiskey straight.

Vanilla vodka
Kahlua

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a candy cane.

gopher321: Made some mulled hard apple cider a couple days ago. Pretty good but it takes a while to do it right and you need a hell of a big stock pot.

Mulled hard apple cider sounds delicious, so I googled how to make it. That's like reading science fiction. Fascinating, but that ever gonna happen. Back to my Bud Light with a shot of Queer A.K.A Bud Light Lime.

Slulsh. Serves lots.

Add 4 green tea bags to 2 cups boiling water. Let them steep for a bit then add 10c more water and 2 cups sugar. Let cool, remove the green tea bags.

Add:
12oz can of OJ
12oz can of lemonade
2 cups brandy (or none and add to taste later)

Freeze overnight.

Scoop out with an ice cream scoop, fill glass as best you can, fill in the gaps with 7-up. Serve with a spoon.

Kids love it, so do the adults. And yeah, it's called slush because it looks like yellow snow.

10 eggs. Separate whites from yolks
Beat egg whites to froth and mix in 1 lb. fine sugar
add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Mix all to consistency of cake frosting

In separate bowl whip up egg yolks and 1/2 lb fine sugar to thick consistency
Combine both and fold together.

Kid friendly: Mix one cup batter with 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup hot water or warm milk
Adult friendly: Add 1-2 jiggers brandy or rum. Or 3. You decide.

Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon to taste.

1 part cheap vodak
1 part cheap red wine

Combine in wine glass so it looks like ordinary red wine. Drink. Repeat till drunk-ass.

I can totally understand how you could have missed it, but Cracked is (supposedly) a humor site. Not to be taken seriously. He didn't actually make any of the drinks, Cracked doesn't pay its contributors enough to buy that much booze.

Mix, pour over some ice, throw on a sprig of mint slapped between your hands and top with some soda water.
