But (more) seriously, if they keep that behavior separate from their work lives, why the hell not hire them if they're qualified? You should be wary of Christians too. I never had a teacher share their sex lives or political ideology with me in high school. Plenty of unneeded Jebus bullshiat though. None of those are inherently dangerous to children anyway. I don't see "child molester" anywhere in there. And even if you didn't want them to, do you think you could stop your children from choosing to be porn actors/actresses if they wanted to later in their lives?
Let the evidence speak for itself. I would think that if you were willing to break that threshold into doing porn (god knows i've tried but the wife keeps yelling at me ) how long would you really keep your day job? I mean the first day that I walked out and thought "Hmm I just made a weeks pay in about an hour and a half" my next step would be to my other boss to tell them they are going to have to match it if they are going to keep riding me just as hard.

If your other job/private life are separate from your job, and are in the past (as long as it wasn't illegal), then it should not be an issue. Period.

I am going to assume the kid that ratted her out was under 18, so why aren't they arresting him/her for looking at adult material underage. Also where were this kids parents??? They should be arrested for contributing to the delinquency(sp?) of a minor for buying the child the computer and not watching what they were doing on it.
