Also, this explains the nation's growing awareness of police misconduct, even if you looked at the numbers most reputable police departments around the nation spend more resources than ever in policing their own (not that I think this process could be handled better or more effectively, but that's a convo for another thread).

As long as you're OK with the male teachers eating out 14-year old girls, then yes, this shouldn't be a crime.

Most people, right or wrong, think that children need to reach a certain emotional maturity before having sex with adults.
