silgryphon: So again everything I have seen before is on again. Hoorah!

But USA is having an NCIS Marathon! It's not like they have one of those every Sunday, and in half the days that end in "Y".

Damnit, why can't Band of Brothers be on today and/or tomorrow? Nothing listed for the weekend is appealing (I'm excluding Firefly because I don't think I get the Science channel. Lame). Thank god football is on.

I would watch a marathon of Rachel Bilson on various shows acting adorable.

2011-12-24 05:53:59 PM
If only ABC didn't cut the shiat out of Phineas and Ferb's Christmas Vacation...

No. But I do remember when a TV marathon was a whole day thing, and not just 3 episodes played together.

Damn right.

/and now, they're coming out with Special Editions of the early DVD releases in 2012... Caves of Androzani, The Three Doctors, Tomb of the Cybermen, Talons of Weng Chiang, Robots of Doom... And some of 'em are even worth it. Cybermen is being restored and VIDfired for the first time, and Androzani definitely needed some restoration work done.

Screw these commercial filled marathons.

I have boxed sets and complete series of TV shows I might actually wanna watch and no commercials.

All I want for christmas is a multi-disk blu ray player.

MSNBC is running "Caught on Camera" all day.

I don't know why that's important.

Every year at this time I award the Sid trophy to the channel with the most inappropriate Christmas Eve/Morning programming. The trophy is named for the Bravo network's airing of Sid and Nancy on December 24 a few years ago. I've would say TLC's Hoarders: Buried Alive and MSNBC's Lockdown marathons are the frontrunners at this point. I am taking nominations if anyone wants to give me some input.
