I've done it before. You really do need one of those bamboo mat thingies to squeeze it together.

The tricky part for me is always getting the sticky rice to stop sticking to my fingers and start sticking to the seaweed wrap. Usually I either end up with hardly any rice, or so much rice that it's a choking hazard.

Slightly wet your fingers in cold water first, then apply the rice to the nori.

i agree with DARE.......need a spliffy tag.....come on, drew, put down the makers mark and make one (maybe same colors as the florida tag?)

and yes, i'm in florida, and enjoy the hell out of the stupid things people here do
