You know, this might be a point of compromise between the right-wing loonies and smart people: everyone wants to reduce teen pregnancies, but the loonies don't like condoms. So what we should do is encourage homosexuality as much as possible! Truly a win-win. The teens get laid, and nobody gets pregnant.

This is an excellent point if teen pregnancies are down. Absistance only education does not work. People (including teens) are going to have sex or at least experiment. If you only teach the birds and the bees then perhaps this is the logical progression. "I can get pregnant with a boy so ill fool around only with girls" makes sense to me.
