Maybe, just maybe, if Comcast service was reliable, this wouldn't be a problem?

I grew up with Comcast service in my hometown of Philadelphia, and picked up service down here in the DC area. Service as I remember was reliable, with the exception of the Voice service at my sister's house...it was dreadful. Internet and cable was never an issue. Billing was another matter.

Been working for Comcast for one year. Will never forget this experience.
