Depends on how far away the bowling ball was when she first saw it. If he came up with it behind her, yelled and struck, I'd go with attempted murder. The article said was that she was struck in the forehead, so all we know is that she was facing it when struck.

Agreed. It's not even the worst Ben Stiller film.

I enjoyed it but agree that it had potential to be truly awesome and missed that mark. They were ahead of their time with the 'off-beat superhero' movie. Now these movies are a dime-a-dozen (with Kick-Ass and Super being the best).

Mystery Men is a good, fun movie. Plenty of subtle understated humor mixed with over the top slapstick.
