"Is lifting done with a penis?"

If you're using mine, then yes.

2011-12-22 09:30:39 AM
Within hours my penis-lifting comment had apparently bunched more than a few panties.

Some people are so farking uptight. These are the same people who blur over the image of someone's butt on TV.

Dear Penis Mom,

how about you empty the farking sand out of your vagina and be happy that schools are trying to do something to get fathers involved with their kids education for once.

Sincerely,

the world

They now blur baby's butts on "America's Funniest Home Videos".

But do they call me Mary the bridge-builder?

Kinda interesting but I will never click on a huffing post evar, that place is a total pile.

In my mind, penis is X-rated

It's never wrong to call things by their proper names. You can run down the street yelling penis and vagina all you want if you feel like it.

You just can't say "want to see my penis?" or "can I sniff your vagina?".

Well you can, it's just really rude.

A penis can make a fine trébuchet.

2011-12-22 09:49:52 AM
wow, this hag sounds like a real harpy.

no wonder her husband is BSI.

2011-12-22 09:49:52 AM
She could've gotten her point across much more efficiently by writing an email that was more to the tone of the article, rather than making a bad joke she knew would piss people off. Pissing people off is a sure way to get them to ignore your side of the argument.

2011-12-22 09:50:06 AM
You sent out an e-mail to students using the word "penis"? Seriously?

I put this lady on the short-list for the "soon-to-be-on-the-sex-offender-registry".

What could you have been thinking? Oh,that's right, you weren't.

You should have been a teacher.

2011-12-22 09:50:39 AM
I kid's principal is a bull dyke who could probably one-punch my sorry ass, so I am getting a kick out of these replies...

2011-12-22 09:51:29 AM
I don't know what she's so upset about. She clearly is the man in her relationship.

2011-12-22 09:51:34 AM
Another woman who's angry about the penis.

2011-12-22 09:51:49 AM
What a coont.

2011-12-22 09:51:50 AM
Sounds like she's still angry that they're still angry about the penis.

I'd like to hurl this mom out of the county with my cockapult.

Yes, you should say "Can I sniff your vagina please?"

2011-12-22 09:52:21 AM
Have they told her it was 'satire' yet?

2011-12-22 09:52:52 AM
I don't know about lifting but it's a handy towel rack.

It is truly horrifying. Even the sex education teachers know to use euphemisms like "wee-wee" or "don't-touch-me place".

That chick sounds fat and ugly

If it was a man who sent out that email, he's be branded a sex offender.

Dear Huffington Post,
Your blog sucks.

2011-12-22 09:54:41 AM
As a Dad I've been seeing that "Choosy Mom's choose Jif" all my life - the implication being that Dad's could give a shiat what peanut butter their kids eat. But that's the world - it changes slow. A few more decades of stay-at/work-from-home Dads and that perception will change. You have to be patient with the world.

You are not the "penis mom" because you wanted to help. If you had sent an email that said "I'm a mom, but can I help?" odds are they would have said "yes".

Your are the "penis mom" because you went from 0 to offended in 5 seconds. And your email said "penis".

2011-12-22 09:55:09 AM
Person: I don't know what she's so upset about. She clearly is the man in her relationship.

Did you even read the article? She said her husband is even more over the top than she is. She picked someone who exceeds her in whatever the hell it is you're pissed about.

2011-12-22 09:55:14 AM
Had they said "We only want women to help" her response would have been "What? Why are they excluding dads? Is this not 2011? Dads help these days!"

Then once everyone had gathered, if it were all women, they'd say "Where are all the guys to do the heavy lifting for is? Men lift heavy things, not women!"

Can't win. Coont.

I wish to express a similar sentiment.

This is not the story I was looking for.

Off to Pornhub.

2011-12-22 09:56:14 AM
Let's give a summary for those who didn't read the article.

1) School asks for help from fathers to setup a trébuchet.
2) biatch gets offended because the school is being "sexist" by only asking "dads" instead of parents.
3) Sends out an email stating:
"Dear teachers and parents:

Are you guys seriously only asking for Dads?
Is lifting done with a penis?
Thoughtfully yours,

- Karen"

4) People are obviously offended.
5) biatch who complained about how sexist the school was for sending out a request for dads to help, now makes a much more sexist comment:
"Within hours my penis-lifting comment had apparently bunched more than a few panties."

6) She shows the email thread to her precious snowflake (13) who says "Screw them" thus displaying her superior parenting skills along with her cognitive dissonance.
7) She smugly feels she's right once again while the rest of the world is wrong.

The End.

2011-12-22 09:56:41 AM
Wow, what a coont. Women like this are a reason we can't have nice things. I blame the husband too.

/'mounting' a trébuchet should have been the point where she figured out she didn't know what she was talking about.

2011-12-22 09:56:55 AM
Am I supposed to conduct with my penis?

2011-12-22 09:57:18 AM
Her poutrageous reaction may have been counterproductive, but she has a point. And hey, she got an article out of it, so there's that.

2011-12-22 09:57:30 AM
this lady is the same kind of lady that ends up an officer in all the good world of warcraft guilds by being a whore for loot. i'm sure shes a serial flirt and always ready to use that vagina to her benefit whenever the opportunity arises. then she gets mad and screams sexism when you call her out for it.

/i....i guess that was a pretty nerdy comparison.

2011-12-22 09:57:56 AM

I concur.

"Why No Man Should Ever Breed With Me", number 3,047 in an ongoing series.

2011-12-22 09:58:32 AM
Has this person never thought about what grown men and women look like? There are some significant differences, statistically, beyond the genital region.

And her upsetness with the female principal for telling the list she's "not a fan of lifting things" is at least as offensive to me as the original message. Feminism means any gender role a woman chooses for herself is an acceptable one, even if it's one consistent with the patriarchal tradition.

2011-12-22 09:59:51 AM
So some biatch raised a slightly legitimate concern with everyone in a completely inappropriate way, and now she's acting like it's not her fault. There's a reason reply-all should be banned. And a reason she writes for the Huffington Post.

2011-12-22 10:00:21 AM
This could be the start of something else entirely. Instead of cigars being presented to friends and family on the occasion of the birth of a child, the cigar wrappings could read "It's a Penis" or "It's a Vagina" instead of the more mundane and pedestrian "It's a Boy" or "It's a Girl". As an added touch, maybe add "sometimes a cigar isn't just a cigar" on the cigars celebrating the birth of a penis.

2011-12-22 10:00:40 AM
I see absolutely nothing wrong with her e-mail. Anybody who does is a moron. In the words of her son; "Screw them -- that is cool."

2011-12-22 10:01:08 AM
Jake Havechek: Excuse me ma'am, may I sniff your vagina, please?

Exxcuse me ma'am but I can smell your vagina from here ... please ?

What if you're a woman who enjoys wearing a strap on?

2011-12-22 10:02:24 AM
I don't....understand the upset here.

From either side.
