I think this thread is done just by the basis of the headline. What more can you add to that?

/Concur with the headline. Ladies, don't adjust them vaginas.

They'll be coming for your birth control pills, IUDs, and rubbers next.

Because anything that interferes with God's will to make babies is a sin against the Lord.

At least they're doing the right thing...and stopping all the gays from adopting all these unwanted babies.

"Mike Gonidakis, executive director of Ohio Right to Life, said that while everyone can agree people should have access to healthcare, "we reject the notion that abortion is healthcare because the only measure of 'success' of an abortion procedure is the death of an innocent child.""

It's not a child, you twit. Or a baby.

The amusing thing is that the teatards just passed a state constitutional amendment banning required health insurance. It was supposed to stop the Affordable Health Care Act, will do nothing of the sort (silly supremacy clause), but will make this abortion ban illegal.

FTA: The American Civil Liberties Union has previously said it would sue the state if the bill became law.

Time to make another contribution to the ACLU, I guess.

Sneaky. Distract general U.S. population with payroll tax crisis while making headway in eroding women's rights.

I see what you did there.

States Rights!

Well that's going to get overturned in about 10 working days. Great use of limited resources, Ohio!

I'm going to write a book.

It's going to be called "What the HELL'S wrong with Ohio?"

But now these babies will grow up to be cowboys.

We need to get government OUT of Wall Street and INTO the vagina!

"If women either can't get abortions (because they can't afford them) or have to pay for them, they'll reconsider the choice and carry the baby to term and give it up for adoption or raise it. If poor, they might be able to get financial support from the state, though we're working hard to get rid of that too.

When women realize they will have to carry the baby to term, they will reconsider pregnancy. We're working hard to prevent them from getting birth control, so again the poor will have to go without and the rest will have to pay.

When women realize that birth control isn't available, they will choose to stop having sex until conditions are right for bringing a child into the world. This will mean they are more selective of mates as well as getting a holy man's approval of their joining. IVF and all of that won't be allowed, so we can force heterosexual relationships while not explicitly disapproving of gay relationships. Finally we'll have reached nirvana where we dictate the behavior of others."

This is what some people actually think.

Lost Thought 00: Well that's going to get overturned in about 10 working days. Great use of limited resources, Ohio!

This pisses me off more than anything. These politicians draft ridiculous laws that any 1st year law student can tell will be overturned, and then the state is forced to spend millions defending its stupid ass law. What a waste of money.

You want to protect the cute little innocent babies? Make sure there's enough money for Head Start programs, free school lunches and breakfasts, free inoculations and medication and good schools. THAT is what kids need.

Ohio - Get Pregnant. Become baby factory.

I propose that we replace the legislature with first year law students. It has the added benefit of giving them something to put on their resume when they come out.

It seems to me that what an insurance company chooses to cover and chooses not to cover is best decided by the company. Republicans just love imposing government regulations on businesses.

Well, since unwanted babies are caused by women being scurrilous whores, I don't see how either of those have anything to do with the immoral and unconstitutional act of getting pregnant out of wedlock.

God already did:

"If people are fighting and hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely* but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows. But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise."

And that's what's great about RON PAUL!

His official campaign position on abortion is to remove all federal court review over all laws at any level of government regarding abortion.

These pesky judicial overturning of laws that violate a woman's federally-protected rights will soon come to an end under RON PAUL! Then women can go back to being property of their husband or their state.

Ladies, enjoy your vaginas while you can. Ohio and the other 49 states have plans for them, regardless of what you want to do with them.

RON PAUL!

Know how I know you didn't read the article?

The law bans Ohio citizens from being able to purchase insurance through the exchange that includes abortion coverage, even if they pay for it with their own money, said Kellie Copeland, executive director of NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio, who criticized the bill.

But, I guess that's nothing new with you, right?

Yes, file abortion under out of pocket expenses....just like other things your insurance won't cover....or maybe buy insurance without using the exchange.
