How long do the Clone Wars last?

Luke is born at the outset of it, and he's about 20 or so when he joins the Rebellion. Boba is a 12 year old or so, so he'd be in his mid-30s by the time A New Hope (Ep4) rolled around.

But they would be on different planets and that has to affect how quickly time progresses (due to differences in gravity and planet velocity), so the actual age of each character would depend on where they were.

How would Boba Fett and Luke ever be able to meet given the likelihood that by the time the Millenium Falcon reached Endor the bounty hunter would be hundreds of years old?

I might order this hat.

"Boba Fett? Boba Fett? Where?"

It always sounded to me like they looped Ford and he only really said "Boba Fett" once, but I can't imagine why they'd do that.

You're sort of overthinking gravitational effects of time dilation here. Star Wars is space fantasy, not sci-fi, so it doesn't really follow rules like that; plus every planet they are ever on seems to have exactly the same gravity.
However, for more serious(ly geeky) answers to your questions:

The actual Clone Wars are considered to be 3 years, from 22 years BBY (before the battle of Yavin in Episode IV - A New Hope) to 19 years BBY. They start in Episode 2 when Yoda said they did (although I never understood why they would already call them the clone wars at the start of the war), and end at the end of Episode 3.
Luke is 19 in A New Hope. The Battle of Endor in RoTJ takes place 4 years ABY, making Luke ~23. So in RoTJ, Boba Fett would be mid to late 30s (his age in episode 2 + 26).
Also, they don't meet on Endor, they meet on Tatooine. Boba Fett was also at the Cloud City of Bespin at the same time as Luke, but they didn't engage each other.

Hyperspace in SW is much much faster than the speed of light,. From the Star Wars wiki
"Normally, baryonic matter obeys physical principles of relativity: they increase asymptotically in mass as they approach the speed of light, requiring more and more energy to approach it, and thus always remain below this threshold. Tachyonic matter, on the other hand, existed solely above the speed of light, and could not pass below said threshold. Hyperdrive technology allowed sentients to break this barrier and allowed slower-than-light starships to leap past the barrier and reach speeds many thousands or millions of times that of light.

Hyperspace travel times

While generally determined by the distance between two planets, hyperspace travel times between two locations seemingly close to one another could be drastically extended by the need to navigate around stellar hazards, such as asteroid fields and nebulae.

An example of this is the journey from Coruscant to Alderaan. In terms of distance, Alderaan was situated close to Coruscant-the former at approximately 5,000 light years from the Core, the latter at approximately 10,000.[6] However, during the Imperial era, such a journey required roughly sixteen hours of travel due to a section of the route passing through a part of the largely-uncharted Deep Core, where navigation was difficult as a result of the gravity wells produced by the congregation of stars.[7] Ironically, then, it was actually faster to get from Tatooine to Alderaan on the other side of the galaxy. In some cases, intragalactic travels could take days, depending on the distance between two planets and the obstacles between. "

\yes I'm a giant nerd
\\no, I didn't have anything better to do than look that up.

This explanation is also used to hand-wave away Han Solo's bullshiat line of, "It's the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs." The explanation being that the ship is so maneuverable (and Han such a good pilot), that it can cut closer to the gravity wells in uncharted space and thus have a much shorter (in terms of distance) trip.
